We all have a favourite garment that we love, that fits perfectly and so comfortable to wear. On this course you will be shown how to make a pattern from a garment without unpicking any seams. In the first session you will watch the technique demonstrated and then given lots of one - one tuition while you make your own pattern from your chosen garment. There will be a maximum of 3 learners on the course so you will have lots of individual attention. Please bring 2 garments with you because depending on the complexity of your garment there maybe time to do two. In the second session you will make a toile from your pattern to check for fit, a toile is a basic make up of your pattern made from a similar weight fabric to check for fit, please note there will not be time on the course to make up a finished garment.
